Anti-Racist, Anti-Oppressive Workshop at Chicago History Museum on 04/16 (12:30-2:00pm)

Hello KAERA members,

I want to invite you to a workshop on anti-racist, anti-oppressive pedagogy and cross-cultural conversation held at Chicago History Museum at 12:30-2:00pm on Sunday 04/16. I serve as the chair of Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism and Education (CTBE) Special Interest Group (SIG) at American Educational Research Association (AERA).

This workshop is part of AERA’s event sponsored by CTBE SIG. The registration fee to the museum is covered by CTBE. This workshop is open to CTBE members and friends. There are several seats available as of today, and I invite KERA members to join this learning opportunity. Drs. Charlie Tocci, Seungho Moon (Loyola University Chicago) and Ann Marie Ryan (University of Texas at San Antonio) facilitate this workshop.

Date and Location: Sunday, April 16, 12:30 – 2:00 pm CDT, Chicago History Museum, 1601 N. Clark St. (The group meet at The Guild Room, near the Gift Shop)
