Dear KAERA Members,
The KAERA Mentoring Committee is seeking three new members to serve a three-year term (2025–2028). Doctoral students, early-career faculty/researchers, and mid-career faculty/researchers are eligible to apply. Selection is not based on specific rank distribution, and all qualified KAERA members are encouraged to apply.
Committee members contribute to the planning and implementation of mentoring programs that support KAERA members at various career stages. The committee’s responsibilities include developing structured mentorship opportunities, facilitating networking initiatives, and providing webinar and panel discussion opportunities to strengthen professional engagement within the KAERA community.
